There's plenty to see and do as many local restaurants and watering holes are within walking distance. Historic Corey Avenue is 7 blocks away which often hosts farmer's markets and arts/craft shows on the weekends. *THIS IS NOT A BEACHFRONT UNIT. The space Updated and furnished 1/1 ground floor corner unit with private outside entrance and patio. It is decorated in a coastal beach theme. Outdoor patio furniture provided for use during stay. There is an onsite laundry facility for guest use. BBQ grills and shuffleboard courts are available. Please adhere to the rules as set forth by the HOA. Salt water pool is heated year round for enjoyment. Please abide by pool hours and rules. Guest access The entire unit will be accessible to guests. Other things to note Florida weather is generally mild and sunny but be prepared to bring a variety of clothing to accommodate all weather conditions. DUE TO THE COVID 19 PANDEMIC: THERE WILL BE NO EXCEPTIONS MADE TO CHECK IN TIME OF 4 PM. EXTRA TIME IS NEEDED BETWEEN GUESTS TO ENSURE THAT THE UNIT IS CLEAN AND SANITIZED PRIOR TO EACH NEW ARRIVAL. THIS IS A MANDATORY SAFETY PRECAUTION. **** PLEASE NOTE: The city of St. Pete Beach is now using an electronic parking pass system. The pass is tied to the unit. It is each guest's responsibility to notify the host prior to or immediately at arrival of the vehicle information ( make/model, tag number and and state registered ) to avoid ticketing. Host will not be responsible for any parking violations received by guest(s) for failure to provide information in a timely manner.
