We are just off the interstate providing convenient access to downtown Chatt. This Knoll is located at the base of Lookout Mountain, just minutes around the corner from Ruby Falls, the incline in St Elmo and easy access to the interstate. The Knoll features an updated luxurious feel with a clean, comfortable environment. Bedroom 1 - 1 King Bed The property comes fully stocked and ready for your visit. Parking is available directly in front of the room. Enjoy the outdoor space! We have a gazebo with a gas grill available for all your grilling needs. We also have a gas fire pit with relaxing chairs - perfect for an evening around the fire, no kindling needed. To round off this recipe for a good time, we also provide multiple fun lawn games! Guest access Guests will receive your unique door code with check-in instructions a few days prior to arrival. Other things to note Please note: Must be 21 or older to rent this property. This property is conveniently located on the highway, providing easy access to many local attractions. However, please be aware that some road noise may be present during peak traffic hours.
