This 2 bedroom*, 1 bathroom, 1 full kitchen “untergeschoss” apartment combines contemporary decor with modern amenities and an experience all can enjoy. The modern kitchen including a dining area is furnished with stainless steel appliances, glass and ceramic wares, and of course, all you need for coffee each morning! The bedroom is a comfy non-smoking space of about 20 qm with a bed (160 x 200 cm) that could accommodate up to 2 adults. It includes remote workstation with WiFi, a flatscreen TV, radio, ironing station, a ventilator, dehumidifier, and 2 very comfortable antique armchairs. The bathroom is spacious with standard size modern shower and toilet, including a washing machine and cloth drying racks. *NOTE: This is a 2-bedroom lodge which means that unless you are renting both rooms, there is a possibly that would be another short- or long-term guest in the other room. This implies that you will be sharing the kitchen and bathroom/toilet areas only with the other guest. Other things to note The Surroundings The little town of Reichertshofen is a peace and nature lovers paradise, with lakes (Heidelweiher, Baggersee, Auwaldsee, etc.) minutes away, where you can relax, grill with friends, or engage in sports like swimming or beach volleyball and even fish, bakeries, local boutiques, pizza, ice-cream shop, farmers market/ shops with the possibility of buying items like organic milk, potatoes, eggs, meat directly from farmers and game like wild pigs and deer meat directly from hunters. Conveniently located to several social amenities, you are spoilt with options. Penny and Edeka supermarket along with other shops like Kik and Tedi are located at the end of the street. While stores like Lidl, Aldi, Netto, Rossmann within walking distance. The bus stop is located at the end of the street and the train station only about 2 minutes’ drive or 12 minutes’ walk. Located right in the center of Bavaria, our property is only 8km (8 minutes driving) from Ingolstadt and about 60km (about 30 to 45 minutes of driving) away from other Bavarian cities like Munich, Augsburg, Regensburg and Nuremberg.
