A Tiki bar/kitchen shared by Hostess & guests who enjoy Impromtu Tiki parties sometimes sharing food, and Hedy"s "Catch of the Day". Her 150' privately owned uncrowded beachfront 140 steps from door to ocean, provides swimming, fishing, surfing, and pet access in seconds. Beach supplies/washer/dryer/firepit/ waterfall/St Jude/viewing deck/outdoor shower/Fish cleaning station The space EASY BEACH ACCESS!! This is 1 of 5 units available. Unlike other area beach rentals, there's no need to risk your life crossing A1A and hauling your gear. No need to go all the way back to get a drink, use the restroom, use the elevator, maneuver through halls and lobbies. Pet Friendly The property extends from the doorstep through the dunes to the high water line of the ocean. Located 3 miles south of Cocoa Beach insuring peace & privacy in an "Old Florida" awesome location. A variety of restaurants are within walking distance and excitement awaits in Cocoa Beach if desired. This is not a rowdy party destination and will not be tolerated. Fun without Chaos. Guest access All places on the property are available to registered guests. Approval for additional guests visiting and or parking is required in advance of any arrivals. Unscheduled visitors will be asked to leave. Other things to note There are services & excursions available for private booking in the area including, surf lessons, kayaking, birding, massage, deep sea fishing, gambling cruises, paddleboat rides, sailing, kiteboarding, art shows, bike rentals, and shopping. There's limited public bus transportation. Children under 4 years are free of charge. All Children are to be attended and supervised at all times. Guests with Unsupervised or unruly children are considered in violation of house rules, will be asked to leave, and will forfeit their reservation without refund. These are safety issues. Rates are based on 2 occupants. Each additional guest(day visitors also) will be charged $50 per day extra and must be preapproved before check-in. Each unit has a maximum capacity of 4 persons unless otherwise approved before check-in. Parking: Each unit has 1 parking spot. Any additional parking must be preapproved. Violators may be towed. Oversized vehicles must be preapproved. Unauthorized visitors MAY NOT park on the premises or on 27th street There is a one time pet fee of $50 for each pet per stay payable on arrival or through Airbnb billing. Please advise the host when booking that you are bringing a pet. Pets must be kept on a lease. Barking Pets may not be left unattended, disturbing other guests and the Hostess. Aggressive or unmanageable animals may not stay. Violation of these rules will result in immediate loss of the reservation with no refund. This is because I love all animals and barking and crying, breaks my heart!
