We are strictly a minimum of two night stays. 2. We can only accept infants under 6 months old. 3. There is no swimming or paddle boarding allowed in the lake. The space The lodge has been designed to provide an exclusive retreat for our guests, nestled in the heart of the countryside with its own private lake and grounds. During your stay you will enjoy a large and stylish super king bed with a freestanding bath where you will be able to relax, unwind and soak in the views of the lake. The sofa and living area offers a chance to relax in front of the TV, or cosy up with a book against the backdrop of the Essex countryside. There is a kitchen and dinning area with the opportunity to enjoy food and drinks on the private decking to the front. Please note the lake is not a fishing lake, there may be some fish left and you are welcome to try, but please don’t revolve your stay around fishing as it is not a stocked pond! Our brand new Wellness Deck, includes a sauna, cold plunge and outdoor shower with stunning views over the lake offers a truly serene and relaxing experience. Guest access Guests will enjoy exclusive access and use of The Lodge and undisturbed views of the private lake that surrounds it. There will also be private walking routes across the larger estate available to guests.
