This is a recent house of 160 m2, composed on the ground floor of a first master suite, a large living room with open kitchen, a living room and a dining room. This space opens onto a large terrace with access to the garden and pool. Upstairs, 1 hallway serves 3 bedrooms including 1 master suite and a bathroom. The air conditioning is on the landing and floods the entire floor. All these rooms are equipped with double beds.
