A lively, rich and fascinating neighborhood. We are close to most of the sights and the best bars and restaurants, you reach everything in a short walk so it's comfortable to come back and take a rest at home at any time. 2 bathrooms, AC and 3 bedrooms for your comfort, family-friendly! The space ------------ FACILITIES ------------- > Free coffee & tea > Free, high speed wifi > Linen (sheets, pillows, blankets) and 2 types of towels per person per stay > Washing machine > Iron > 2 shower > 3 separated bedrooms > Well-equipped kitchen with a dining area > Some basic ingredients and tools for cooking and tea/coffee making and for dish-washing + we are happy to help in any matter that may arise during your stay. ------------------------- FLAT DESCRIPTION ------------------------- Our flat is located in the vibrant center of the 7th district, the so-called "Jewish quarter". Famous for the best restaurants, coffees and street art in the city. You won't have to go far to find them, this full neighborhood is well-known for the above-mentioned places. The size of the flat is 75m2 , situated on the 3rd floor, provides you with a spacious feeling. We've renovated the apartment in 2022 , so you can be sure that everything is new, modern, working, and made for comfortable use. Our main goal is that you have an amazing stay in Budapest and feel a little like home in the flat, so we used natural materials and colors. -------------- SLEEPING -------------- Bedroom 1# There is a double-size bed for two in the bedroom, and another single bed with comfy, thick mattresses. Bedroom 2# You'll find here the kid's room :) with two single beds, nice and calm vibes. Bedroom 3# Equipped with a double-size bed, and a desk if need to get some work done as well. ------------ KITCHEN ------------ We’ve built a well-equipped kitchen with a fridge, freezer, microwave, coffee maker, kettle, and an electric stove where you can cook an entire dinner for up to 6 people. We’ve made sure you have a reasonable choice of kitchen tools to prepare a delicious meal. ---------------- BATHROOM ---------------- We have 2 bathrooms for comfortable use. Each has a nice shower and toilet. You will find the washing machine here too. ——————– Guest access You will have comprehensive access to the full apartment, no shared spaces! We can provide manual key to the entrance gate and apartment door too! Other things to note Please note! The apartment is located on the 3rd floor, there is no available elevator in the building. ! Due to the current energy crisis in Europe, the temperature setting are following the government requested rage. Between 19 and 23 degrees. - Don’t use Air-conditioning or Heating with open windows! GUEST REGISTRATION! -As of September 1, 2021, all accommodation providers in Hungary are required to collect information on guest identities upon the arrival of each guest and share that information with the Hungarian Tourism Agency. For Hungarian guests, national identity cards, driving licenses and passports are accepted as proof of identity. For guests arriving from the EU, identity cards and passports are accepted, and for guests arriving from third countries, only passports are accepted for identification and document scanning. - Tourism tax is included in the price. - No additional or hidden costs may arise upon arrival.
