Not in the mood for an impersonal and too narrow hotel room? Then you've come to the right place! My two-room duplex apartment, also affectionately called the "Bulli Suite," offers everything you need to relax, on the go, after work or after a strenuous trade fair visit. The apartment is located in the heart of Haan. Within walking distance you can reach the attractive city center with all the amenities of daily life as well as restaurants and cafes. The space You will be staying in a bright and modernly decorated apartment with cozy furniture and beautiful pictures, all of which, of course, are related to VW buses. On 55 square meters you have enough space to enjoy the end of the day. In a bright and spacious living room, you can "put your feet up" and relax on the sofa in peace. A 55-inch TV with internet connection is available for entertainment. Of course, my Bulli suite has a free Wi-Fi connection. And if you still have to/want to work, you can do this at the dining table, where you can comfortably accommodate four people. From this room you have an amazing view into my beautiful garden. The bedroom has a 1.80 m wide double bed as well as a sufficiently large closet. So that even larger people feel comfortable, the duvets have a size of 155 cm wide and a length of 220 cm. Just like that: not only do you sleep in freshly laundered linens, but I also wash the pillows, the upper bed and the underbed after every change. So you don't sleep in the previous tenant's vapors. The bathroom with walk-in shower, a spacious mirror, modern vanity with mirror cabinet and a magnifying mirror offers everything you need for the necessary eradication in the morning as well as in the evening (of course, a hairdryer is also part of it). A window provides fresh air and, of course, sunshine. A small kitchen with stove & oven is also at your disposal. You can quickly cook a few spaghetti or put a pizza in the oven. And most importantly, a fully automatic coffee machine provides a good coffee or espresso in the morning. Of course, you will receive enough coffee beans from me as well as a bottle of Haaner Felsenquelle as a welcome. The bakery is "right around the corner" (one minute walking distance). Guest access My Bulli suite has its own entrance. In summer, of course, a separate area in the garden is available for you. Here you also have the possibility to grill (gas grill). And for the sporty among you: the indoor pool is within walking distance. Other things to note Electricity costs For stays of one week or more, the electricity consumed will be charged separately. Parking is possible on my property (secured and locked area) for a fee. LOCATION The bus stops in the direction of Düsseldorf, Hilden, Wuppertal, etc. are within a 5-minute walk. The highways ( A46 and A 3) can also be reached in just a few minutes. Düsseldorf Messe 34 km / approx. 30 minutes Düsseldorf Airport 29.5 km / approx. 23 minutes Cologne Messe/Deutz 40 km / approx. 35 minutes Cologne-Bonn Airport 45 km / approx. 35 minutes Düsseldorf & Cologne are also easily accessible by public transport. After all, we have two (!) Train stations leading in the desired directions.
