Vacation rental for 10 people

Our vacation home, surrounded by a large orchard, with three separate apartments, is located in a village of 20 inhabitants near Stralsund and the Baltic Sea. The apartment offered here is just right for a large family or two families traveling together. It is lovingly decorated and has a nice large terrace. Note: no TV, poor cell phone reception The space The apartment is on the upper floor of the house and consists of a large living/dining area, two separate bathrooms, 2 bedrooms with double beds, a children's room with 4 beds and a "teenager hideout" under the roof with two beds. It also has a large terrace. The living/dining area in which the whole family has space around a large table. A large sitting area and various seating furniture invite you to relax and play together. Above the dining table, we have installed a high ceiling, on which a large chandelier creates a bright and friendly atmosphere. The kitchen is equipped with a stove, oven, fridge and much more. The 1st bathroom with toilet, sink, washing machine and shower is located directly in the apartment and can only be used for this apartment. The 2nd bathroom with toilet, sink, bathtub and shower is right next to the apartment and can only be used for this apartment. In the small hallway above which you reach this bathroom, only the residents of this apartment can be found. 2 bedrooms The two master bedrooms are each equipped with 160 × 200 double beds and are in the immediate vicinity of the children's room. Children's room It is equipped with 4 sleeping options. A 140 × 180 double bed and a 90 × 200 bunk bed Teenager's hideaway or as we call it, the sparrow's nest. It is a converted attic accessible via a fold-out staircase from the living/dining area. Guests stay directly under the roof in two beds that can also be pushed together. The terrace is right in front of the main entrance of the house. It is hidden by a hedge and is intended for the sole use of this apartment. On the large terrace (about 35 m²) there is a pavilion as sun protection under which a table for 8-10 people and a corresponding number of chairs await you. The terrace is currently not yet illuminated. Guest access As guests of this apartment, you have exclusive access to your terrace, which is equipped with a gazebo. In addition, we can also set up a grill with grilling utensils if necessary. The terrace has a natural privacy screen through the bushes that surround it. For shared use with the holiday guests of the other apartments, the following awaits you: a large orchard with about 20 fruit trees (apples, pears, cherries, plums and walnut) and many berry bushes such as currants or gooseberries (blackberries and raspberries are in the planning stage). From the end of June there is always something to snack on and that is also what we want. Starting in mid-April, all the fruit trees are gradually in bloom and look just wonderful. Campfire area Here a large fire pit and pallet benches set up in a circle invite you to "male fire staring" (as our son likes to say). Of course, a grill can be taken to the fireplace. The fireplace has an electric lamp and an outlet nearby. But it's not covered. Laundry area This apartment is equipped with a washing machine. The laundry can then be dried on a clothesline, which is not in the garden and nicely hidden behind a high hedge. Other things to note The Hooks There are a few things in this apartment that you need to know in advance: - No TV, poor cell phone reception (also for mobile data) - The staircase to the upper floor has not yet been painted - the apartment entrance door still needs to be painted BUT the kitchen and bathrooms are fully equipped and everything in them works. Electricity, water and heating are there and work. Dishes, cutlery, towels and linens are also provided
