Located in part of our riverside property on a quiet street, this new cosy, light & airy guest suite is ideal for short stays, visits to Exeter Uni, weekends watching Exeter Chiefs & enjoying walking and cycling the South West Coastal Path. Parking is on the driveway if requested. It’s a 5-10 minute walk to the town with all the cafes, pubs and restaurants. We’re 10 minutes walk to Topsham train station and a few minutes to the nearest bus stop, providing access to Exeter, Exmouth and beyond. The space Self contained light and airy en-suite double bedroom with its own entrance and parking (a rarity in Topsham!) so there’s no need to trouble the hosts during your stay. The room is part of a newly renovated house 5- 10 minutes walk from Topsham High Street with its cafes, shops, boutique shops, pubs and restaurants and historic quayside. To access the room there are 4 deep steps with a handrail and the room is set on the ground floor of the property (parking on the first floor) The room benefits from a vaulted ceiling with skylight and window filling the room with light, and tastefully decorated with art and indoor plants. Comfortable double bed, bedside tables, reading light, kettle with a selection of teas and coffee, en-suite bathroom with shower, toilet and sink. There is a selection of guidebooks offering suggestions for local walks, wild swimming around the Devon coast, Dartmoor and beyond. Guest access There is a key safe box on the outside of the property so you can come and go as you please. You access the guest suite by coming round the riverside side of the property and is the first black door with the letter box on the RHS Other things to note Please be careful accessing the guest ensuite as there are 4 steps down to the room, this is lit up at night by an automatic light
