In summer and autumn the hiking tour begins on the doorstep. Bus stop is 100m away. Bike rental 50m. In winter, your skiing day begins on your doorstep. The Hubertus lift is only 20m away. A few words about the Alpenrose apartment: The two ground floor holiday apartments Alpenveilchen and Alpenrose have their own entrance with a small hallway with a cloakroom and storage space for skis and snowboards. From this hallway you can go directly to the Alpenrose. On the right side is the small bathroom with a new shower, toilet and a new vanity. The illuminated mirror with a heating plate to prevent fogging is framed with reclaimed wood. The large bedroom is immediately to the left. This consists of a 140 bed and in the rear area a bunk with 2x 140 bunk beds. Everyone in the room can watch the TV together, which is stylishly framed with old wood. There is also a small table with 2 chairs as well as a beautiful Alpine farmhouse cupboard and a small chest of drawers. We continue into the fully equipped kitchen with oven, stove and refrigerator. After the kitchen you come to the living and dining room with a small couch and a comfortable corner bench. There is also a TV covered in old wood in the living room. From here you come to the 2nd bedroom. The old built-in cupboards were lovingly painted and the back wall and around the TV were covered with old wood. This 2nd bedroom is a little smaller, but even more comfortable and ideal for a 2nd couple or friends/parents/big children traveling with you on vacation. From the living room you can access the balcony with a comfortable lounge, bench and side table. These were prepared with a lot of love. Thanks to the roof, you can enjoy the wonderful view of the surrounding mountains at any time, both in summer and winter, and even in rainy weather. The solid oak bench and table were individually lovingly manufactured. In summary, this individual apartment is ideal for a large family or 2 couples of friends or with parents, etc. Or in combination with the Cyclamen apartment. Alpine peculiarities were concealed with great taste - such as door heights, small rooms, etc. - and with fine details such as the consistent old wood paneling, uniform floors and color concept, the rooms are restored to their new splendor. GUEST TAX The landlord will charge you €4.40 for each night and each person aged 14 and over as a “guest tax”, which is charged by the municipality. This is charged in addition to the agreed booking costs. What do I get from that?
