Cute Carriage House (with bikes provided)

Private Carriage House with full kitchen, full bath, and lots of light - 20 ft ceilings with sky lights. Located in our backyard in a quiet neighborhood with easy parking just 2 miles East of Downtown - walk to Zoo, City Park, and neighborhood restaurants. Or, bike (with provided bikes) to downtown, Cherry Creek, or RINO. Easy access from Airport - just a 20 minute drive or Uber or the A-train and 7 min bus ride will bring you within 2 blocks of the Carriage House. The space The kitchen has a stove, dishwasher, full-size refrigerator, and everything you would need to cook a delicious home-made meal. The bathroom is a full-size bathroom with a bathtub in a separately enclosed area. The bed is a comfortable queen size bed. There is a 40" HD TV with Roku from which you can view Netflix or antenna TV. You can also listen to Pandora through the TV. We have installed a new wifi extender and have had numerous guests who worked from the Carriage House with no complaints about the wifi since installing the new extender. We provide bikes, helmets, and a bike lock to get around. We personally use our bikes to get around most places, especially RINO, LODO and downtown where parking. can be a pain. Feel free to order a grocery order via Instacart or other service for delivery on the day of your arrival and I will stock it in the Carriage House for you so it's ready for your arrival. Just message me that you have done so and an approximate time of arrival. Guest access Guests have access to the back yard that has dining and seating area with outside fireplace and a gas grill. Other things to note Our Carriage House is attached to the side of our garage. Unlike most Airbnbs in our neighborhood, our space is not a basement apartment and since it is on the side of the garage, rather than on top of the garage, you don't have to climb a bunch of stairs to gain entry. Rather, there is only one step to enter the Carriage House. There is also one step inside between the living area and the bathroom. Registration details 2022-BFN-0010885
