The space This newly renovated upper duplex is located at the end of a quiet cul de sac. It offers two bedrooms, note the size for your comfort. Room 1 is 9 1/2 ft by a little over 10 ft. It has a king bed, (brand new mattress) two night stands/ lamps, a dresser, and a closet with a 43" TV. Yes, it fits! Room 2 is 6 1/2 ft by 10 ft. with a brand new queen sized futon. There is no TV., but who would want one with a view like that? Other things to note **While pets are allowed, they are on a case by case basis. Please enquire about rules. Pet fees are per pet. **Please note, children (all ages) are considered guests and will be subject to occupancy fee. **Laundry services are available (weekly) for guests staying longer than a week.
