Seaside Living: Stairs to a rugged shore for beachcombing and stargazing. A functional kitchen and sun-lit living in a cozy footprint. Full access to cabin, deck, and shore. The space This oceanfront property is a thoughtfully designed, fully renovated modern and private tiny home with an open-concept layout and stunning water views from every angle. A sliding barn door divider offers privacy when needed, while still preserving the cozy, sun-drenched feel of the space. There are thermostat controlled base heaters and a portable air-conditioner for your comfort. Sleeping arrangements include: • A full double bed • A pull-out couch for additional flexibility (if needed) The modern, functional kitchen is equipped with: • A 2-burner induction stove • Full fridge/freezer • Kettle, toaster, and pull-out mini oven • Basic utensils and cooking tools • A microwave oven • A French press and Keurig Please plan to prepare most meals using the outdoor BBQ, as the kitchen is lightly stocked. This is a TV and Wi-Fi-free space, ideal for guests looking to truly unplug. Most guests find their cellular data works well here. Please note: • This is a No Smoking / No Vaping property • The space is designed for comfort and relaxation—just steps from the ocean This is a NO SMOKING, NO VAPING PROPERTY. Guest access The Fish Shack/Tiny Home is located on the northeast oceanfront corner of a larger coastal property. While your hosts or other travelers may be staying on-site, this tiny home offers a peaceful, private retreat with everything you need for a quiet stay by the sea. If you are familiar with the area, it has significantly more private space compared to Youghal, Jacques Cartier or John Cormier areas. You’ll have exclusive access to: • Your own private deck with water views • A private fire pit area is the water view and the lights is Bathurst in the distance • The north and east outdoor space surrounding the Fish Shack • Shared beach access stairs located directly in front of the cabin • Unlimited shoreline access—walk for miles at low tide along this wild, scenic stretch of coast The south side of the property is a shared space near the main house. Planning a group trip? If you’re traveling with more guests, check out the Salty Winds Oceanfront Estate—our beautifully appointed 3-bedroom main house on the same property. View & book on the Airbnb app or reach out and ai can send you the listing link. Additional beach info: • The shoreline is a bit rocky so bring your water shoes if you are an ocean swimmer. It is great for exploring, sea glass searching and is very walkable • The water here is unusually calm, making it ideal for SUPs or kayaks—many guests bring their own or rent/borrow as they are not provided. Other things to note This newly renovated, modern and well planned, seasonal oceanfront beach house sits on the northeast corner of a larger property that may be shared with your host or other guests in the main house. If you’re traveling with a larger group, We also host the Salty Winds Oceanfront Estate (3-bedroom main house) on this same property. Click my profile picture below to see my other listings! Or search Airbnb for 4 -6 people and find the other dot on the same map. We book Friday to Friday in the summer so make sure you have those in your filters in order to see it. Feel free to just let us know—we’d be happy to help you book the main house too. What to Expect: • There is no Wi-Fi or television, by design—this space is made for unplugging • It features eco-friendly water-saving faucets • The shoreline is natural and rocky, not soft Caribbean sand—but is easily walkable and great for exploring • The ocean is unusually calm, especially in summer months, which may mean more seaweed growth later in the season—we recommend water shoes if you plan to wade or swim in the ocean. Important to Know: This cabin is literally on the edge of the ocean. When the wind picks up, you’ll likely hear it—along with the sound of the waves, flapping sun shade, and the occasional BBQ cover or vent rattle. Many guests love this immersive seaside experience, but if you’re sensitive to noise, this may not be the ideal fit. We suggest bringing earplugs if you’re a light sleeper. Access & Shared Areas: • You’ll drive across the main house lawn to reach your private parking area beside the cabin • Beach access stairs are shared and located directly in front of this space • The north side of the lawn and deck (facing the ocean) is yours alone, complete with a fire pit for your use (please bring your own firewood or purchase locally) • The south side deck is shared with the main house, but includes trees and a partial privacy wall to enhance your experience Be sure to browse the photos and guest reviews for more great insight into what makes this place special!
