Las Catalinas Oceanview Condo, 33 Central Plaza

This condo is located at 33 Plaza Central in Las Catalinas and has stunning views of the Pacific Ocean with Evening Sunsets. It has a fantastic location close to the beach and restaurants. The building has stairs and an elevator. Las Catalinas is a walkable town with an ocean view, beach club, restaurants, grocery store , spa, gym, hotel, outdoor outfitter Pura Vida Ride, hiking and biking trails, and more! The beach and all of these amenities are a 1 to 3 min walk from the condo. The space When you walk into the condo, you immediately see the pacific ocean through the doors. A half bath with one sink and commode is on the right for the living area and a brand new LG large sized stacked washer dryer is to the right in a closet. Then the area opens up to a kitchen, dining, and living space with ocean views. The living room also has a chaise lounge that acts as a sofa, but can be unfolded and made into a double bed for sleeping at night. The kitchen has stainless steel appliances which includes a full sized refrigerator, range, microwave, and dishwasher. The counter tops are quartz and installed in 2022. There is room for dining inside at a bistro table or the 3 bar stools at the counter. The loveseat and two swival chairs and chaise lounge are all custom made furniture that was put in the condo in 2022. If you step outside the living room onto the large private balcony that is not shared, one can sit in comfortable chairs or sit at the bar table. No neighbor can see you while on the balcony. It is private and quiet. The bar table and 4 chairs made of guanacaste wood are new from 2022. If you enter into the large King bedroom to the right of the living room, there is a king bed, 2 end stands, and a desk with chair if one needs to stay in touch with work. The linens are all new. The mattress is comfortable. There is a door that closes between the bedroom and the living room for privacy. There is a hallway with shelves and rods to store clothes that leads to the master bathroom. This area holds organized linens and pillows needed for the chaise louge which converts to a sleeping area, a safe to store personal valuables, and beach towels for guest use. There is also a pack and play with sheet stored in this location if a guest needs for a baby. A private door that closes leads to the bathroom which has a 1 sink vanity and stand up shower only, and commode. The shower has stone tile and is modern. The bathroom vanities are light colored granite. All floors in the condo are light brown tumbled travertine. The condo is set up with all kitchen items needed for cooking and includes a coffee pot and blender. All tolietries are provided including toilet paper, soap, shampoo, and conditioner. All linens are provided including bath, hand, and wash cloths, sheets/pillows/bedspreads for sleeping. The owner has a home in Las Catalinas and has a personal house mom who only cleans the house and this condo. The housemom is employed by the owner and the condo is kept to the highest standards for cleanliness. No smoking is allowed in the Condo. Las Catalinas is a smoke free town. If a guest wants to access the beach clubfor the day the cost is $30 per person plus tax and $15 can be used toward food and drink. The beach club has a restaurant and bar, olympic lap pool, family pool, adult pool, hot tub, fitness center, sauna, and ice bath. Restrooms conveniently located onsite. Guest access Guests will arrive at Plaza Central. General Las Catalinas Concierge will be present. You will tell them your name and they will see your reservation. They will accompany you to 33 Plaza Central which is the condo where you arrive. You can go up the stairs one flight and turn to the left, and the first door on the left is 33 Plaza Central and has a black lock box on the left side of the door. You can also take the elevator. Plaza Central has four floors. When arriving in a car, you are on level two. 33 Plaza Central is on the 3rd floor. You will be give the lock box code to open the box. Inside will be one yellow armband to swipe the door and it will unlock. Put this armband back in the lockbox. Inside the condo, you will find 2 armbands in the safe that is between the bedroom and the bathroom. Other things to note Beach Club amenities not included with the rental. Daily Pass Options: - Beach Club Adult Pass: At $30 USD + 13% VAT, with $15 redeemable in consumables. Reservations required. - Beach Club Child Pass (8 to 12 years): $15 USD + 13% VAT, with $10 redeemable in consumables. Children under 8 enjoy free entry with limited access. - Swim & Gym Pass: $20 USD + 13% VAT for access between 7 am and 10 am only. Perfect for early birds! Hours may vary, and access is limited. - Visitors Day Pass: $70 USD + 13% VAT - $50 redeemable in consumables, accessible for visitors or anyone staying off condominium premises (Reservations Required), no Seasonal priority Limited Access. Self parking is free. If you want valet parking then it is approximately $22 a day plus tax for one trip in and out from the parking lot. Parking on the road is prohibited. We recommend shuttling unless you are living in Costa Rica and driving to Las Catalinas. Thank you so much for being a part of our community and for your understanding.
