Bruges is located 35 minutes from Andernos-les-Bains and 45 minutes from ocean beaches. The space The accommodation is located in a former cellar, completely renovated and equipped, with kitchen counter, bathroom with walk-in shower, separate toilet. The mezzanine bedroom allows you to differentiate the night space and the living space. The 160 bedding is new and very comfortable. (firm mattress) There is a small sofa bed in the living room area that can sleep an extra person. The large bay window overlooks the garden and the terrace of the studio where you can relax, have breakfast for example. Breakfast and meals are not part of the services and are to be managed by the tenant. There is a microwave, mini oven, induction stove, fridge, washing machine. No dishwasher though. You have everything you need to prepare your meals. The stone walls and the renovation of this former cellar give a lot of charm to this small 33 square meter accommodation. Guest access the studio is a separate accommodation from the owner's main house. Other things to note The studio rental is a strong point for discovering the city of Bordeaux, which is very easily accessible by tram via a direct line (D and C) while enjoying the calm and greenery. 5-minute access to the expressway to discover the beautiful ocean beaches with fine sand, the Arcachon Bay, the Pyla Dune, Lacaneau ocean world-famous for Surfing are also an asset.
