Description
Petrothea is a two-storey house of 100sq.m. in the village of Vrisi, Evia, overlooking the beautiful rocks of Koupa/Bougazi and the chapel of Dragonera. It is located in the center of an area with possibilities for many excursions and activities in nature. It consists of 2 bedrooms, an open plan living room-kitchen, 2 bathrooms and terraces. The house is fully equipped, smart TV, WiFi, Pellet stove and air conditioners for the winter, as well as air conditioners for the summer. It comfortably accommodates 6 people. The space The house consists of 2 floors with an internal staircase. On the ground floor there is an open space with a fully equipped kitchen (appliances, equipment, dishwasher, etc.), a living room, a dining room and a single bed, which can also be used as a sofa. If used as a bed then there is a roller that offers some form of privacy. There is also a small bathroom with a shower. On the first floor there are two bedrooms and a large bathroom with a shower. In the master bedroom there is a queen size bed and an extra single bed. The second bedroom has 2 single beds, which, according to your wish, can be converted into a large double bed with the addition of a mattress for extra comfort. Finally, both floors have verandas. Guest access Guests have access to all parts of the residence. Other things to note The house is located in the village of Vrisi and the visitor is in the center of an area with possibilities for many excursions and activities in nature. You can visit beaches such as Stomio, Agios Georgios, Soutsini on the beach of Kymi, Mouteri and Kefala, Korasida and Kalamos or Tsilaro and Thapsa and many more. You can climb one of the 800 climbing routes in Manikia. The nearest routes are only 800 meters from Vrisi (Kupa Bougazi) and one can even get there on foot. You can visit the waterfall in Manikia, the ancient castle in the Dragonera area, the spring of Koletra, the Mill of Sada, hike on trails or cycle. Inside the village there is a mini market, tavern, Café Bar/Pizza and ATM. Of course, there are many additional dining options in the surrounding villages, the town of Kymi, the port of Kymi, the beach of Platanas, etc. You will definitely find fresh fish, but also local cuisine with options for vegetarians or vegans.
