Nicknamed the Lighthouse, this Mid-Century gem serves as a beacon to all guests. The beautiful 2,200 sq ft home has recently been remodeled. Guests will enjoy having privacy with the entire home to themselves. The Lighthouse boasts large, private yard with seasonal fire pit, grill & seating, great location, just 10 min from St Paul and 25 from MSP airport. Located on the Gateway State Trail and near many parks and lakes. Six bedrooms, two full bathrooms, washer/dryer, two 55" Smart TV's. The space Our goal is to provide a comfortable space for you to call home, whether traveling with family, friends or with your work team. Furnishings include leather recliners, swivel barrel chairs, smart TV's, high speed internet. The home includes six bedrooms (three on main level and three downstairs) with comfortable beds and bedding for a great nights sleep, two full bathrooms (one on each level), two living rooms (one on each level), laundry (downstairs), galley kitchen providing plenty of counter space and centrally located dining room (on main level). Dining room table seats up to ten with extra chairs tucked in several bedrooms. Plenty of warm blankets and fluffy towels plus a well stocked kitchen are provided but should you need anything, your hosts are pleased to assist. Large lower level gives your guests room to spread out during their visit. There are two easy entries to the home. The main entry is close to driveway parking area, by way of a patio. Guests should be aware they will need to climb six steps to the patio to enter the home. The other door is down a 50 foot sidewalk and includes four steps. Large driveway parking area close to entry adds convenience. Several bikes are available for use at a NO additional cost for use to explore the lovely attached state trail. Guest access Guests have the entire home to themselves. To store cleaning supplies, we have one locked closet, located under the stairs.
