The kitchen is updated, there are maple cabinets, granite counter tops and is well equipped. There are 3 bedrooms, all have private baths, newer furnishings, newer mattresses and linens. There are two master bedrooms both with king bedding, a flat screen TV and private baths, one of the master baths has been renovated. The third bedroom has a bunk bed with a Twin bed & the lower level is a double bed and there is also a trundle bed located below for small kids. The fully fenced backyard is where you will find your private pool, with a large pool deck, plenty of lounge chairs, a Tiki Bar, a table and umbrella for dining and a gas grill.
