Lic# 032420 The space BEDROOMS The main-level primary ensuite bedroom features a king-size bed, a spacious closet with ample hanging space, and plenty of provided hangers for your convenience. The upstairs ensuite bedroom also offers a king-size bed, a walk-in closet, and stunning mountaintop views from every window—an incredible way to wake up each morning. Both bedrooms are thoughtfully appointed with comfortable mattresses, high-quality bedding, fresh linens, and plenty of pillows to ensure a restful night’s sleep. On the lower level, you’ll find a fun room ideal for kids or teenagers, featuring a sofa bed and smart TV, along with endless entertainment options including a foosball table, air hockey table, ping pong table, and a great selection of board games, puzzles, and card games. There is also a play pin and sheets provided in the upstairs walk in closet. LIVING AREAS The main living area is filled with natural light from expansive windows showcasing breathtaking, year-round mountain views. Relax on comfortable furnishings, enjoy the smart TV (log in to your favorite streaming apps like Netflix or Hulu), or cozy up by the wood-burning fireplace. Just off the living room, a wraparound deck offers some of the most beautiful mountain views imaginable—you’ll likely find yourself spending hours on the porch swing with your favorite drink in hand. The downstairs living area provides additional space to relax and play, featuring a comfortable sofa bed, foosball table, air hockey table, table tennis, and plenty of games to enjoy together. Step outside to the lower deck where you’ll find cornhole, a cozy patio seating area, and a therapeutic spa jacuzzi—perfect for unwinding and stargazing at night. KITCHEN & DINING The kitchen is fully stocked and ready for everything from home-cooked meals to your morning coffee. It includes a full-size refrigerator with freezer, electric range and oven, microwave, dishwasher, and an impressive selection of small appliances such as a toaster, blender, mixer, waffle maker, egg cooker, panini press, crockpot, rice cooker, and kettle. A charcoal grill is also available outside for outdoor cooking. Please bring charcoal. You’ll find everything you need, including pots, pans, bakeware, cutting boards, strainers, knives, measuring tools, mixing utensils, spatulas, tongs, masher, peeler, lemon squeezer, grater, can opener, wine opener and stoppers, bottle opener, potholders, and kitchen towels. Cleaning supplies, dish soap, dishwasher detergent, sponges, and trash bags are also provided. Dishes, serving platters, silverware, coffee mugs, wine and champagne glasses, and water glasses are all provided. We provide a highchair if needed. You can find it in the upstairs closet. The dining area includes a table with chairs as well as a countertop seating area with bar stools. BATHROOMS The cabin features two full, sparkling-clean bathrooms, each with a vanity, sink, mirror, and a shower/tub combination. We provide fresh towels, washcloths, hair dryers, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, hand soap, a plunger, toilet brush, and extra rolls of toilet paper for your convenience. OUTDOOR SPACES There’s plenty of outdoor space to relax and take in the scenery. The upper deck offers stunning mountain views and is furnished with a patio table, porch swing, and comfortable seating. A charcoal grill is available for outdoor cooking. The lower deck features cozy patio couches and cornhole for casual outdoor fun. You’ll also find a wood-burning fire pit surrounded by chairs—perfect for s’mores and campfire stories. Make sure you pick up some fire wood on your way in. And best of all, enjoy the spa-style therapeutic jacuzzi, ideal for relaxing under the stars. PARKING Parking is easy and convenient, with space for multiple vehicles in the carport and roundabout driveway, allowing for smooth arrival and easy turnaround. Guest access You will have private, exclusive access to the entire three-level cabin, including the wraparound decks, hot tub, and the surrounding private acreage. You’re welcome to explore the woods on the property and enjoy the peaceful setting. The cabin has a private entrance with convenient keyless entry. Please note that there are elderly neighbors along the road, so we kindly ask that you refrain from playing loud music outdoors in the evening to help maintain the quiet peaceful atmosphere. For longer stays, you may need to bring or purchase additional items. Fireplace: The indoor fireplace is wood burning. Please make sure the vent is open before using it. Fire Pit: The outdoor fire pit is wood-burning. Please make sure all fires are completely extinguished before leaving the area unattended. Pets: Pets are welcome with a $50 pet fee. Smoking: Smoking of any kind (including tobacco, marijuana, or vaping) is not permitted inside the home. A $500+ fee will apply if smoking occurs indoors.
