New house with 2 large bedrooms with ceiling fan and air conditioning, one of the bedrooms with bathroom and another super spacious social bathroom, large living room with air conditioning, sofa bed and retractable sofa, smart TV, kitchen and large combined pantry with square table with 8 seats plus counter with 2 seats, backyard with barbecue and garage for 2 large cars.
