Cyclists' Quiet Home Close to Shopping

This space is perfect for a single professional on a short term assignment or a weekend in popular Greenville, SC. Our home is approximately 10 minutes from the airport, 15 minutes from downtown Greenville and an easy 3 mile bike ride from the Swamp Rabbit Trail. Unfortunately, Greenville is not a public transit-friendly town yet, so a car is ideal (or Uber). This private bedroom and bath are located on the second floor. You will have access to all of the shared spaces in the home. The space You'll sleep in a comfortable queen bed and have access to a private bath. If you have your bike, you're welcome to use the trainer or hop on the spin bike in our spin room. Our home is located in a quiet residential community off Woodruff Road in Greenville, SC. Within minutes are tons of chain and local restaurants, Whole Foods, Trader Joe's, Nordstrom Rack, Regal Cinemas, Dave & Buster's, and the Shoppes at Greenridge (Best Buy, J.Jill, Ann Taylor Loft, Barnes & Nobles, Dick's Sporting Goods, etc.). If you make an alternate turn, you're less than a 2 miles away from CU-ICAR with 3 miles of bike paths and pavement for a nice run, walk, or ride. Guest access Guests will have access to the kitchen, living room, dining room, den, and back patio if they wish. During your stay We may or may not be present during your stay due to work travel. Please book with the expectation that we would be present unless otherwise noted. Other things to note Our 30# bernedoodle will greet you outside the gate near the back door. If you like dogs, she welcomes all belly rubs.
