The sundrenched home has a large communal rooftop terrace with expansive ocean and district views, an extra large kitchen, with a dining nook adjacent. There is a super-lux oversized sofa set in a comfortable lounge room that extends into a sunny sunroom with a matching day bed. The large bedroom with built-in wardrobes has a breakfast readyJuliet balcony and a roomy ensuite bathroom with gas hot water. The place is close to shops, bars, restaurants, and transport. You'll love it. Guest access You will have exclusive access to the entire apartment as well as access to all common areas of the complex. Note: this place has walk-up access only, with 2 & 1/2 flights a stairs Other things to note There is no off street parking available for this apartment complex. The property is over 180 years old and built on sand. As is standard for the majority of properties in Coogee there is plenty of on street parking that is free for 2 hours, 4 hours with many unlimited parking spots a little further from the beach. If your stay is longer than 7 days, I would really like to have the cleaners come through on a weekly or fortnightly basis to keep the place sparkling and clean. This service includes a vacuum, bathroom clean, kitchen and all surfaces clean as well as taking the rubbish out and mopping the floors. THEY DO NOT change bed linen or do the dishes as part of this service but can do so for an extra $20 per clean. The cost of the mid-way clean is built into the cost of the rental.
