House in Härnösand near the Höga Kusten Bridge

Welcome to our wonderfully cozy and rural house where you can relax and recover. It is located next to a mountain and forest with proximity to the lake (Snibben), river, high coastal bridge, outdoor activities, ski trails and much more. A few kilometers away there is a lake with grayling. Welcome! The space We live on the west coast and use the house a few weeks a year and have bought it and renovated it, there are a few small fixes left like baseboards (and the garden is under construction). On the lower floor, there is a bathroom, kitchen, living room and a smaller room with a 140 cm double bed and a desk. TV is available and a portable broadband. There may be bad reception on the phone. You can sleep on the sofa in the living room and there is an air mattress with a built-in pump. In the closet in the kitchen there is a high chair for children, a travel bed and a potty. On the upper floor, there is a bedroom with a 180 cm bed and a wardrobe that you can use. There are two smaller children's rooms where there is not a single entrance but you enter the room at the end by going through the other. In the first room, there is a 105 cm bed and lots of toys in boxes under the bed and in baskets. The wardrobe is empty and can be used for storage. In the second room, there is a 120 cm bed and a dresser with dinosaurs, Lego and many other things to play with. Make yourselves at home and take whatever you want from the pantry. In the house there is a washing machine, dryer, dishwasher, microwave, coffee maker, electric kettle and toaster. A railway is about 40 meters from the house. It is not at the same level as the house but is on a slope so you can hardly see the train, but of course you can hear it. There are alarms in the house that you can use if you would like. Guest access Access to all parts. Other things to note Since our daughter has a fur allergy, pets are unfortunately not welcome. Bedding and final cleaning are not included in the price. These services are available for purchase: Bed linen: SEK 50 per person Final cleaning: SEK 500, SEK 200 for a shorter stay. Electric car chargers are available to borrow, 6A and charges our Tesla 23 km/h. This supplement costs SEK 100 for 12 hours.
