Welcome to this beautiful and cosy studio apartment by Skadar lake, the second largest European lake. Beside amazing landscapes viewed from the property, our guests will enjoy calmness and cosiness of our apartments. There are 2 rental units on the ground floor, suitable for 2 guests. There is also a restaurant Obala nearby, so our guests can enjoy fresh lake fish meals in case they don’t want to spend their time cooking. The space Studio apartment is equipped with everything you need to feel just like in your own house. There is a sleeping area with queen-size bed, kitchenette, bathroom, table with chairs, a huge terrace and patio in front. Even though the property is located in rural area and surrounded by amazing natural landscapes, we provided necessities of modern life to our guests: free Wi Fi, cable TV channels, AC, free parking space. If you want to try lake fish meals or local wine from Crmnica, we suggest visiting our restaurant in the very same building. In case you are interested in exploring the area and feast your eyes on greenery of woods and lake, we can help with renting kayaks, boats and organizing cruising tours. Guest access Guests will be able to access all the parts of the apartment. Restaurant working hours are from 12:00 until 10:00 pm. During their work time the guest are able to try nothing but fresh fish directly from the river and taste the professional service of our kitchen chef. In front of the studio there is also a big green patio so there you can fell the nature on the best way possible.
