To that effect, we provide - Generator, AC, TV - Wardrobe, hangers - Iron - Geysers, towels, toiletries - Medical kit - Game - Secured parking space for up to 4 cars The Space: BEDROOMS - There are 4 bedrooms - 1 on the lower ground floor, 2 on the first floor, 1 on the second floor.   - AC and attached bathrooms are offered in all rooms. - 2 rooms have king-sized beds, 2 rooms have queen-sized beds.  - Balconies are attached to all of the rooms.  BATHROOMS - There are 5 bathrooms in the villa - 4 attached, 1 common bathroom on the lower ground floor. - All bathrooms have solar geysers, towels and basic toiletries. COMMON AREAS - The living room seats 6 people. - It offers AC and TV.   - The dining area seats 8 people.  - There is a common bathroom in the basement.  - There is a 215 sq. ft lawn with seating for up to 20 people.  - There is a swimming pool. - The pool is 3.5m x 4.5m in size and 4 ft. in depth. - It is accessible from 7 AM to 10 PM. KITCHEN - Guests can prepare their own meals in the kitchen at no additional charges. - Kitchen is equipped with a microwave, a gas stove, an oven, a refrigerator, a water purifier, a toaster, and a mixer-grinder.  - Crockery and cutlery are available. Guest access The guests have access to the entire villa. In response to the COVID-19 pandemic, guests may have restricted access to any shared amenities. Other things to note FOOD - Guests are allowed to cook and consume vegetarian as well as non-vegetarian food. - A chef can be arranged at additional charge, subject to availability.  - All meals will be prepared in the villa kitchen. STAFF ACCOMMODATION There is no separate staff accommodation, however, they can be accommodated in the living/kitchen area of the villa. Staff charges will be the same as an extra person charge. ACTIVITIES Within the property, guests can enjoy a swim or play indoor games like cards and ludo. Guests can take a peaceful in nature and embrace its beauty. They can also request for a bonfire to be lit up. HOME TRUTHS While we do promise you a welcoming home and a great stay, here are a few things we’d like to mention so as to ensure there are no unpleasant surprises later! - This property is not suitable for pets and guests who use wheelchairs. - In case of a power outage, the generator can support all the appliances for up to 24 hours. - The caretaker stays in the premises of the same property. - Parking space is secured for 1 car, while 3 cars can be parked outside the villa. - Yes wi-fi is available - Airtel/Jio/Vodafone work fairly well here.   ADDITIONAL COSTS - Laundry services can be availed at an additional cost.
