In addition, guests are NOT allowed to access the utility sheds, storage container, pool equipment, locked closets/ doors and the electric panel. Other things to note You must provide valid Identification. The guests who booked our listing must provide valid ID prior to arrival. Pool Heating: Pool Heating is at an additional cost of $100/day with a 2-day minimum. It takes 8-10 hours to heat the pool and will be turned-on the day of your check-in. Temperature will be set at 85F-87F. Pool Lights: Pool lights are timed and scheduled to turn on between 7:30pm to 12 midnight. This is in sync to observe the LA City Home-Sharing Guest Code of Conduct in observing "Quiet Hours" per city ordinance. Cameras: To prioritize safety, exterior cameras are installed on the property: Ring doorbell at the front door and by the mailbox Exterior camera by the driveway Exterior camera above the garage door Exterior camera at the backyard Exterior camera at the side gate ALL cameras are: - VISIBLE - Exterior ONLY - Actively recording motion & sound NO CAMERAS ARE INSIDE THE HOUSE Invoices: The guest must pay all outstanding invoices prior to check-in. The Guest agrees to pay the invoice(s) by the due date(s) specified. Unpaid or overdue invoices may result in suspension or termination of the agreement. Damage or Loss: You are responsible for any damage or loss to the rental property and its contents caused by you or any guests in your group. You agree to pay for any such damage or loss in full. Liability: For the safety of all guests and to prevent any accidents or injuries, any guest with children under the age of 18 must be accompanied by an adult at all times while on the rental property. The property management and property owner will not be held responsible for any accidents, injuries, or damages that may occur as a result of a child being left unsupervised on the rental property. The guest acknowledges that they will ensure that their children are supervised at all times while on the rental property. The host/Owner is not responsible for any injury or damage that occurs during your stay. You agree to release us from any liability for injury or damage caused by you or any guests in your party. Parking: Street parking only. Guests must show consideration to other vehicles in the neighborhood. Our neighborhood is known for filming. Please do NOT block the sidewalk when parking the driveway to avoid getting parking tickets. Pets: Pets are not allowed in the rental property. The Guest acknowledges that any violation of this pet clause may result in the termination of their stay and cancellation without refund. Filming: Utilization of the property for filming purposes is not allowed without the consent of the property manger/ owner. Sliding door leading to the pool have a door alarm (kid safety feature) No house parties No Pets allowed No unregistered guests allowed No Smoking inside the house (may smoke outside the house) No drugs or any illegal activities Any violation to house rules is subject to immediate eviction ----LOS ANGELES HOME SHARING GUEST CODE OF CONDUCT----- Please know the City of Los Angeles passed Ordinance No. 185,931 to allow for and regulate home-sharing rentals. The aim is to protect the city and prevent excessive disturbances to our residential neighborhoods. We ask you to please observe the City of Los Angeles rules and regulations for home-sharing. There shall be no use of sound amplifying equipment (defined in LAMC Section 111.01(j)) after 10:00 pm and no evening outdoor congregations during Home-Sharing activities. Home-Sharing activities are also subject to the noise regulations in the LAMC, as well as the “Party House Ordinance” (LAMC Section 41.58.1) which prohibits loud or unruly gatherings, so please keep voices and other sound to a reasonable level.
