Enjoy your morning coffee with mountain views while you swing on a porch swing along the wrap around deck. You may see deer, woodpeckers or other wildlife. Play the many games we have. After a long day of sightseeing or hiking, relax in the hot tub. Grill a nice dinner to enjoy on the outdoor picnic table and (if in season) pick blueberries or herbs from the garden. End the night by roasting s’mores around the outdoor fire pits or getting cozy inside by the rustic wood burning stove. The space This home is on an acre of wooded land at the end of a private street. The main floor has a living room with a queen sized pull out couch, kitchen, two bedrooms (one with a private entrance onto the deck) and a full bath. The upstairs bedroom has a sky light window, en-suite and small private balcony, and the lower level bedroom has a panoramic window, full bath and separate private entrance into the house. Our home is only 3.5mi from the nearest grocery store and one block from Bold Rock Cider. We are perfectly balanced in between eclectic Asheville and beautiful Pisgah National Forest, and only 6mi from Asheville Airport. *Photos show a gas stove, but it has been updated to a new electric stove. Guest access The entire space is yours. We do have locked cabinets in the garage that we use for supplies/storage. Other things to note Our home is three stories in height, with the main living area being on the middle floor and entry is located up both wooden and gravel stairs. While there is a bedroom with a private entrance on the lower level, it is off a gravel walkway and the only way to the main level from it is upstairs. Guests needing accessibility accommodations are asked to please consider this before booking. This is a wooded area. There will be uneven terrain and there may be wildlife outside of our home. Please be considerate and understanding of our forested ecosystem. Guests agree that they are provided a safe environment and acknowledge that it is at their own risk. Owner is not liable or responsible for trip and falls, injuries, etc. and Guest agrees to indemnify and hold Owner harmless for any and all injuries occurred on the Premises. Owner strongly recommends that Guest purchase travel insurance.
