Cozy home with a pool in Savannah!

NOTE: Other occupants may be staying in the poolhouse out back. Potentially shared use of backyard when guests are staying in poolhouse. OR - may book poolhouse too. see below in "other details to note". The space is a few minutes walk to Daffin Park, with a fenced in backyard, pool, hammock, and outdoor shower! Great for family getaways to Savannah, or a group of friends looking to have fun in the city, minutes from downtown and a ~25 minute easy and beautiful ride to Tybee Beach:) The space There are 2 rooms on the main level with a king and queen bed in each, and the bathroom. the attic has a floor queen mattress and a floor king mattress. cooking appliances in kitchen and cozy living room space with a big tv. Guest access Guests have access to house and backyard. washer/dryer in poolhouse out back available 24/7. note that other occupants may be staying in poolhouse during the time of your stay, and backyard amenities shared in this case. host can let you know when you book if it will be occupied. if it is not and your party would like extra space, you may book it as well! Other things to note guests may book poolhouse as well if there is a bigger party or guests want the whole space/backyard to themselves. must book separately. this will make space for a total of 10 guests, or 11 if someone wants to cozy up on the poolhouse couch! poolhouse also has a bathroom and kitchenette. message host for direct link to poolhouse listing! washer/dryer room always available and shared with potential other guests in poolhouse. laundry detergent provided :)
