We think we have the best location in Venice, 1/2 block from Abbot Kinney District, Erewhon Marke, 10-minute walk from the sand and surf, and a short ten-minute walk to Marina Del Rey. We built our home to reflect our choice of comfort, safety, convenience, and location. The home sits in Venice Beach, an eclectic community with a fantastic beach, exceptional dining, and shopping along Abbot Kinney Boulevard just one block away. It's easy to walk or bike anywhere, and Venice Beach Boardwalk is four blocks away. Marina Del Rey, a short walk away (boat rentals), and the famous remaining Venice Canals. At one time the major canal, Grand Canal was out front. We have fantasic and very quiet neighbors. Not to mention a lime tree out front for coctails. LAX is just a short 15 minute drive or about a $25 taxi ride. Down two blocks from the house is Windward Circle where buses depart for Santa Monica (the pier and promenade), Los Angeles city center, Culver City, Getty Museums, Hollywood, etc,. Universal Studios is a 35 minute drive and Disneyland is about a 50 minute drive. The best way to explore is by foot or on bike!
