The cottage is a short walk from the River Frome and Wareham's picturesque Quay. The town of Wareham is a market town with street market every Saturday and Farmers market on a Thursday. A short drive will take you to many attractions including the National Trust's Corfe Castle, sandy beaches at Arne, Swanage, Studland or Poole, thousands of acres of nature reserves at Arne or Stoborough, as featured on the BBC's Springwatch series, a delight for birdwatchers and nature lovers.
