The townhouse has two floors. 2. On the 1st floor, it has a spacious living room, kitchen and a dining space, and a toilet. 3. On the 2nd floor, there are 3 rooms and a toilet with a shower. 4. Three bedrooms furnished with beds with new comfortable matrasses! 5. The house has a 70’ smart TV with a Local Streaming Service- Sky Media with HBO channels and other 130 channels, Netflix and, WiFi with High Speed- 60Mbps and a telephone that you can call only local numbers (No international call!) 6. A free parking! 7. Most importantly, the house is good place if you do not like city noises. It locates not close to noisy road, traffic jam of downtown! Guest access All rooms are accessible. Other things to note Please note: 1. Hot water is provided via instant electric heater! 2. It is two storey house. It is not suitable for families with under aged children as it does not have a baby gate for stairs. 3. There is no floor heating. I can provide a poratble heater if you need to. 4. The waste disposal area is 20m away, to the north of the building. 6. Please use the telephone in case of urgency or need to contact the host, with time limit, 5-15 mintes per day.
