The space Comfortable & Well-Equipped Home This is a shared home (not a hotel!) where I live with my children. You’ll have access to a fully stocked kitchen, and for long-term stays, I offer cupboard space, a large fridge, and a washing machine. ⚠️ No peanuts due to allergies please 🚫 No dishwasher—everything is hand-wash only. Child-Friendly but Not Toddler-Proof!! The house is child-friendly, but please note it’s not fully toddler-proof as baby gates have been removed. Guest access The whole house is shared except the bedrooms. Please understand that this is also our home so the children may run around making noise when they are home from school and sometimes at weekends. We are out, most of the time. Generally they sleep through the night but on odd occasions they do wake up and usually go to sleep fairly quickly however please note this before your stay. Shared bathroom. Use of lounge and stocked kitchen are also shared. Massive gym and swimming pool across the road. I live here, you will be in my home and I’m very big on communication. If there is anything I can do to improve your stay then talk to me. Other things to note DUE TO ALLERGIES-NO PEANUTS ALLOWED HERE PLEASE Good free wifi, although please do not use for downloading films or massive files or apps as it blocks the system for others and you will be charged if outside fair usage. Combi boiler means always running hot water. Safe, Secure and homely. You will have your own cupboard in the kitchen, if you are here long term and you are welcome to use all the utensils. Please always clean up after yourself and please always hang your keys by the door so we know when you are in or not. There will be other lodgers who live here who will also hang their keys. Please leave your shoes anywhere in the porch. When no one is home everyone is expected to check the back door is locked and use their key to double lock the front door please. At present we are NOT locking the porch door. There is a big difference between cleanliness and tidyness! My house is clean as I have a cleaner and I also am doing cleaning every day however there may be times when, due to children in the house, there may be areas that are not always tidy. If you do not have time to wash dishes then you are welcome to leave them in a neat pile, next to the sink, without exposed food, until you do have time!
