New and stylish apartment in the Dumontwijk

Beautifully renovated apartment in the Dumontwijk. Quietly located yet close to the beach and shops. The accommodation is ideal for families of up to 4 people. The apartment is located in one of the oldest cottages of the Zeekruisdoornweg and has a rich history. In 2022, the villa was completely renovated and decorated with taste. Made beds, bath towels, and kitchen towels are included. The space At the front is the cozy salon with smart TV. The sofa can be converted into a sofa bed (140*200). Then there is a spacious dining room with a dining table for 6 people. In addition, there is the fully equipped kitchen with oven, combi/microwave, spacious refrigerator, separate freezer and dishwasher. All appliances are new. There is both a coffee maker and a Nespresso machine. The bedrooms are small but cozy and have good beds. At the back of the apartment is a quiet bedroom (double bed 180*200). In the bedroom there is no room for an extra baby cot, but possibly for a small co-sleeper. In addition, there is a bathroom with toilet, walk-in shower (rain shower faucet) and sink. Finally, on the landing there is a second, small guest room with a comfortable sofa bed, which you can transform into a double bed with 2 single mattresses (2*80cm). We recommend using it for children rather than adults. If you don't need the sofa bed, you can place a baby crib in this room. Please note, to reach the master bedroom, you must always pass the landing/guest room. In addition, there is no door from the living area to the landing/guest room. There is a small, shady terrace at the rear and a sunny front garden/courtyard. There is no air conditioning in the building, but the apartment remains particularly cool in the warm summer. Other things to note During the summer holidays July-August we only rent per week (change day on Friday). All other stays can be from 3 nights. A two-night stay is possible on request and with a surcharge.
