Country house with a private pool. Gardens and lawn areas with shade trees. Four bedrooms, fully equipped kitchen, a large living room and two bathrooms. Outside there are two porches, one with sofas and the other with a built-in barbecue and a table for outdoor dining. Blas' house is the ideal place to rest and relax with the whole family. The property is completely fenced. The space The house has four bedrooms, two with a double bed and the remaining two with two twin beds each. A large living-dining room and a fully equipped and spacious kitchen. Outside the house, there are two porches. One of them has several sofas and a direct view of the pool. On the other porch, with access from the kitchen, there is a barbecue and a table to enjoy a pleasant outdoor meal. Also on the property and for exclusive use is the swimming pool, completely surrounded by grass. There are also more gardens and lawn areas within the plot where you can enjoy the area's tranquility. The property is fully fenced. The house is located on the outskirts of a small town halfway between Palencia and Valladolid, taking about 20-25 minutes to reach each of the cities. The village has a bakery, pharmacy, bars, butcher shop, and a small grocery store. Less than a 10-minute drive away is the town of Dueñas, which has a supermarket. Other things to note It is a country house, with a large plot and gardens, so it is normal to find typical farm animals. Bees, spiders, ants, beetles, lizards, multitude of species of birds, bats at night... This should be noted, as if food is left out of the fridge it can attract a multitude of animals. Some insects will likely fall into the pool (they are taken out very easily with a net). On arrival I will leave the pool totally clean. During the stay it will be your decision if you want to keep it clean, you will be provided what is necessary for it. The celebration of any party or event (birthdays, bachelor parties...) is totally prohibited. The price per pet per day will be €10. Maximum 3 pets.
