Beautiful and comfortable home on a rare 1 acre lot with private wooded back yard, fire pit, 3 large decks and everything you need to relax with your family! 3 recreational lakes within walking distance. 5 minute drive to Kincaid Park. Fifteen minute drive to downtown and a short five minute walk to the famous Kincaid grill, a five star dining experience. There is a nice fast food restaurant, The Tastee Freeze, about a block away. Plus a nice coffee shop around the corner. The space Master bedroom with king size bed, and private en suite bathroom. The other 2 bedrooms each have a queen bed. Upon request, the loveseat in the Sunroom can make into a twin bed that is very comfortable. You will have private use of the kitchen and the two decks plus the two outdoor fire pits. Guest access The bedrooms, living room, and kitchen are all on the one floor level with two steps up from front door. During your stay During your stay, you will be the only guests one the main floor of the house. It is private and has everything you might need.
