Unique apartment with stunning views in the forest

This unique apartment is tucked away amongst the trees of the Woburn Forest. Situated in the green and leafy Aspley Heath you will hear the sounds of the countryside and have views to enjoy. This is a perfect place for those who love to get away from busy life and those who enjoy a walk in the woods and fields - but with a village close by for essentials. Beautiful garden to relax in. We have a spectacular rhododendrons display in April-May. To enjoy. Strictly NO gatherings or parties allowed. The space The ground floor apartment is open, spacious and has incredible views of the garden and countryside. This apartment is part of a large house with two further floors above (which is occupied). *The stairs are blocked with a locked door. Inside the apartment, there is a master bedroom with super-king-sized bed with en-suite with WC, bidet and a deep bath - relax and unwind. The main lounge area has comfortable sofa that easily transforms into a double bed. There is a modern, contemporary kitchen with fridge/freezer, microwave, induction hob and dishwasher. A second bathroom with WC and powerful rain shower is also perfect to enjoy at the end of a day. * Long Term stays of more than 1 week are limited to 2 adult guests staying only. Note no laundry facilities on site but close by. * Strictly NO gatherings or parties to be held. Guest access The apartment is accessible from the lower patio at the house. On arrival the driveway can be used for parking. Please note that the driveway is very steep and the first part is shared between two properties. There is a parking area halfway down (on the right hand side) and further spaces by the triple garage. Guests follow the external garden steps round and down the right-hand side (two flights of steps) down to the large patio. The apartment has large bi-fold doors and patio doors. *Guests will need to be able to manage steps to enjoy this apartment. There is a key safe attached to the wall on the lower patio with a key to access the patio door on the right. This is the main access point. The code will be shared ahead of arrival. Guests can enjoy access to the garden. Please enjoy the large patio, the lawn and further seating down by the pond and amongst the trees. *Please note, we ask that guests do not make use of the upper patio/decking area by the conservatory. *Please also note that there are two ponds and a watercourse in the garden (for those with children). * Strictly NO gatherings or parties allowed Other things to note The house is a private detached property which is occupied. We ask that guests are respectful to the property and surrounding neighbours. There is a cat, Kaspar, who lives in the house, but is unlikely to be around very much. There is a strict 'no gatherings or parties' restriction and we ask that guests do not bring people who are not staying over to the property.
