Beautiful family apartment close to Reykjavik

Family friendly apartment, located in a beautiful area 15-20 min. drive from Reykjavik centrum. It's close to nature, hiking trails and playgrounds. The apartment has a private entrance in a 4 apt condo built in 2018. 3 bedrooms, one with a king size bed (180x200 cm) and the other two with a bunk bed (90x200 cm) for one child each. Bathroom with shower, laundry room, open kitchen/living room with a dining table, sofa and TV. Fairly sized balcony with a BBQ and cozy seating area. The space When entering the apartment you'll find yourself in the entrance room, where you can place all your outdoor clothes. From the entrance room you'll go into a hallway, which leads into all of the other rooms and the living/dining room. The apartment includes a bathroom with a shower, a laundry room and an open area with kitchen, dining area and living room with a TV. Both of the children's rooms have bunk beds and the main bedroom includes a king sized bed. Guest access You'll have access to the whole apartment, except from a locked storage. The whole apartment is private, so you don't have to share any areas with others. Other things to note We have a dog which is hypo-allergenic and non-shedding, but please keep this in mind if you have severe dog allergy. The dog will not be around when you arrive and our apartment will be cleaned very thoroughly before you arrive. Please note that the apartment is located next to a kindergarten, so you may hear the cheerful sounds of children playing during the day. Outside of opening hours, on weekends, weekdays after 17:00, and during summer holiday closing, the outdoor area is often used for play.
