The space Our apartment is a private newly renovated 1 level (4 steps to access), has a small patio @ entrance w/security door, table, 2 patio stools & cafe lights (ashtray for smokers-outside only). It's an open concept plan with crispy clean white & grey tones, yet has a natural feel with green plants. Our full size kitchen is beautifully tiled & has white quartz countertops. It comes fully stocked with dishes/utensils/cookware/Keurig w/pods, creamer, oil & spices. The dining area has a small table, stools & lg. window for natural light. We have a 65" smart TV & Starlink Wifi for all your streaming needs, the couch converts into a double (extra linens provided upon request). The bathroom has a relaxing spa feel, white quartz vanity, tiled backsplash, double sink, tiled walk in shower, sliding glass door & fold down seat. We have provided a large mirror, extra storage, large vanity light, overhead light, heat lamp & exhaust fan, for comfort & functionality. Fresh cotton towels, shampoo, conditioner, body gel, hand soap & blow dryer included with each stay. The bedroom has a queen size bed, cotton white sheets, extra pillow options, lighted ceiling fan w/remote, a modular clothing unit, desk w/chair, charging station, Sangean bluetooth radio, TV & sitting bench. 2 mini splits were installed for your cooling & heating pleasure, controlled by remote. Washer/Dryer on site, $2 per load-quarters, free dryer. Guest access Guests can pick up the apartment key at Bill's Place anytime after 3pm, unless early check is arranged. Just ask the staff for Apt. “B” key. Host will arrange key delivery for Sunday stays (Bills Place is closed) . Guests can park street side in front of the apartment or in Bill’s Parking lot. A washer & dryer is available in the basement, key provided ($2wash-quarters/free dryer). Other things to note Please note that Bill’s Place is closed on Sunday’s. (Must be 21 to enter). This apartment is off W. Walnut in the downtown area, next to a popular bar, road noise is a thing to consider if you are sensitive. A patio is available for smokers, all weed & paraphernalia must be kept in an airtight container. There is a $250 fee if smoking occurs in the apartment.
