This newly constructed, stylishly appointed one bedroom/one bath unit is located above Golden Shoes on the downtown corridor of the lakeshore town that's on everyone's list of places to go. Shops, restaurants, and bars are all just steps away. And it's the perfect hub for exploring the rest of this beautiful region we call Up North. ALL guests must be 25+ unless accompanied by a parent/guardian. The space It's a 21 step climb to the Lofts entry on the 2nd floor. Open main living and kitchen space equipped with large screen smart TV, and fully stocked kitchen, 703 square feet. 1 bedroom - with king bed, large closet. Living room has a sleeper sofa. 1 Bathroom with walk-in shower; bathroom closet is outfitted with a stacked washer & dryer. Original exposed brick, modern fixtures and features create the perfect mix of history and contemporary style. This unit faces the rear of the building. This Unit is on the second floor, please note the stairs are a little steep. There is no elevator. **There are security cameras at the main door entry, and in the Loft Level Entryway. Guest access Enter off the alley on the south side of the building. Once inside, there is a long staircase which will take you to the second floor entryway where all four Golden Lofts units can be accessed. Units one and two are alley - facing while three and four overlook Front St. Please note there is no elevator. Other things to note Please Note: All guests staying at this property must be 25 or older unless accompanied by a parent or guardian. This will be verified after booking confirmation. A damage waiver fee is required by Golden Swan for each stay. For this property, the fee is $49 and provides our guests with accidental damage coverage up to $500. If the amount of damage exceeds this, or if the damage is found to have occurred with malicious intent, Golden Swan retains the right to seek damages beyond that amount. High chair and pack n play available upon request for an additional fee. There is a non-refundable credit card processing fee applied to all reservations. If the reservation is 14 days or longer there will be a required mid-stay clean. This is also available upon request for a shorter length of stay.
