Its proximity to the city center will allow you to quickly access the beach, the Casino, restaurants, and shops of Saint-Valery-En-Caux. Upper floor: composed of a very large open space, with fully equipped kitchen, sitting/TV area, dining room and foosball area. The floor also includes a large bedroom/office with a 120 x 200 sofa bed and a bathroom toilet. In addition to foosball, board games and books are lent. Access to a terrace sheltered from the wind and views/BBQ + table and chairs.
