The space Riverfront Retreat | Entire Duplex | Perfect for Groups Welcome to our river house, a truly unique property, perfect for families, friends, retreats, or girls’/guys’ getaways who want to travel together while still enjoying their own space. This entire home rental includes both the upper and lower units of the duplex. • Upper unit: 3 bedrooms / 1 bathroom • Lower unit: 1 bedroom / 1 bathroom Each unit features: • Its own private entrance • A fully stocked kitchen with spices, condiments, and non-toxic cookware • Comfortable living spaces • Washer and dryer The layout is ideal for a family, multiple families or groups, offering two separate living areas while still providing space to gather. Enjoy meals together at the large dining table that seats 10, then relax in one of the two cozy living rooms. All bedrooms feature comfortable queen beds for a restful night’s sleep. The lower unit also includes a memory foam sleeper sofa for additional guests. Riverfront Living Enjoy beautiful sunrise views of the Allegheny River from nearly every room in the house. Relax on the front porch rocking chairs with your morning coffee, or spend the evening on the river-facing deck taking in the peaceful scenery. Bring your fishing poles, kayaks, or water toys and enjoy the river just steps away. The spacious backyard includes: • Two fire pits • Complimentary firewood • Plenty of room for relaxing by the water Don’t forget the marshmallows for roasting! Indoor Comfort The home features a modern farmhouse style with an open layout, large windows, and plenty of natural light. Sleeping arrangements include: • 3 queen beds upstairs • 1 queen bed downstairs • 1 memory foam sleeper sofa Quality cotton linens and plush towels are provided. We prioritize a clean and healthy environment by using non-toxic, fragrance-free cleaning products and laundry detergent. All pillows and mattresses have protective encasements for guest comfort. Pet Policy Well-behaved, house-trained dogs are welcome. • $85 pet fee (up to 2 dogs) • Maximum 2 dogs under 50 lbs • No cats Pets must be included on your reservation. Unregistered pets will incur a $100 fee per pet. Additional cleaning due to pets (carpet cleaning, stains, or damage) may result in a minimum $175 cleaning fee or replacement cost. Pet guidelines: • Pets are not allowed on furniture • If left alone, pets must be crated or kenneled • Please clean up after your pet and dispose of waste properly House Rule ABSOLUTELY no smoking, vaping, or drug use indoors. Evidence of smoking indoors will result in a $500 fee. Guest access Guests will have access to the entire house which includes two kitchens, two living spaces, two sets of washer/dryers.
