This beautiful top floor place is totally renovated, right in the heart of Cuernavaca, downtown, walking distance from all the central buildings and city life. Although there aren't stairs INSIDE the apartment, except one step to the master bedroom; there are 3 FLIGHTS OF STAIRS in the building coming up and there's no elevator. The space In an old but well renovated building, this amazing, top floor spacious, fully restored and beautifully decorated apartment will give you the true flavor of being in Mexico. After 3 floors climbing up the stairs, you will find a great open space, full of light and air with all the things you might need to have a pleasant experience while visiting Cuernavaca. The terrace is the piece of resistance in this property… all the rooms (terrace included) have a ceiling fan to cool down the warmer weather. Nonetheless, Cuernavaca has a spectacular climate to be in the shadow enjoying some refreshments. You must expect the busy streets noise to come up during the day, but at night it gets to be quiet and comfy. This apartment has one master bedroom and a studio with a sofa bed, which you can use as an office if needed. The two full bathrooms are spacious and filled with light. The kitchen and dining room are very practical and neatly arranged for you to have a greater joy while enjoying your meals. Guest access The building has a front iron gate that is only opened with a key. The administrators have forbidden any use of electronic locks or safety boxes for keys. Thus, the only way we have to let our guests in, is by giving them access and their own set of keys in their hand. That’s why we have a specific check in schedule, 3 to 5 pm (exceptions are rare and only when our schedules and calendar permit it). Sometimes we can manage a later arrival (never after 8 pm) with an extra fee of 400 pesos. Our assistance personnel have to travel out of public transport hours in a taxi to their home town.
