Fantastic spacious 4p house with 2 bathrooms. Wadilodge is a semi-detached house with a spacious storage room. The first bedroom with its own bathroom is on the ground floor. The 2nd bedroom is on the first floor with a private bathroom. Enjoy the fully equipped kitchen, spacious living room, lovely garden, free parking space and storage room for bicycles. A 10-minute bike ride from the city center in a quiet residential area. Pets may be allowed after consultation. It is NOT allergy-free. The space You enter through the front door and enter a spacious hall, which gives access to the downstairs bedroom with bathroom. In the hall is also the toilet. After the hall, you enter the very spacious living room, dining room and kitchen. This is a large open space with underfloor heating. Through the large windows, you can enjoy the beautiful garden. Through the sliding door you can enter the garden. From this room you also have access to the storage room (shed). You can park your bikes here. The storage room also has its own door to the outside. On the 1st floor is the second bedroom with a double bed. There is also a bathroom with bathtub. Please note: the shower is in the tub. The bathroom has a second toilet. On this floor there is also a washing machine that you can use (no dryer). There is also a private room here that you do not have access to. Guest access You have access to the entire house. However, there are a number of closets and a room on the first floor that are private. You cannot use these spaces. Of course, you have the house all to yourself. Other things to note There are two double beds. These can also be made up with 2 single duvets. Please let us know when booking. The beds are made when you arrive, and towels are included. There is no cleaning in between. This can be done on request and at an additional cost. Dogs come into this house. So it is not allergy-free in terms of dogs. The house has a bedroom and bathroom on the ground floor. It is easily accessible for people with walking difficulties. A wheelchair is also possible, but there is a threshold of about 5 cm in the downstairs bedroom and bathroom. The toilet is on the ground floor, but there are no grab bars in it. The toilet is 80 cm in terms of door without grab bars. Not suitable with a wheelchair in the toilet. It's too small for that. The living room, dining room and kitchen (one room) are all on the ground floor. The threshold to the garden is probably too high for a wheelchair (about 15 cm). Behind the fenced garden is a ditch. Although it is almost impossible to get to the water because the garden is fenced, you must be alert with children and you are fully responsible.
