When making a booking please let us know what your preferred bed configurations are. Bedroom 1: has 2 extra long singles that can convert to 1 King size bed + an extra single, with ensuite bathroom. (Max 3 guests) Bedroom 2: has a queen size bed and is located next to a toilet and bathroom. This room can also accommodate an infants cot. (Max 2 guests + infant) Bedroom 3: this room has 2 king single beds (Max 2 guests). If you are bringing children please let us know their ages so that we can provide appropriate toys and books. Available on request we have a full size wooden cot, portacot, nappy change table and 2 highchairs. Please note that the aforementioned equipment for babies, including toys and books are not kept in the house, we bring them in for each booking, hence the nightly charge for infants/children. Due to our popularity with international travellers we have recently installed hand held bidet sprays in both toilets. All bathrooms are also fitted with safety grab rails. We provide a selection of most toiletries and detergents for use whilst staying with us. The House is fully air-conditioned with reverse cycle, highly efficient inverter technology and nanoe-G air purifiers, in every bedroom plus the living area. The kitchen is well equipped with every appliance you could possible want including rice cooker, steamer, wok and chopsticks. We provide a large range of herbs, spices and condiments. There is no need to buy bottled water, our water is filtered. For entertainment we have a great selection of old fashioned games that are lots of fun for all ages, an interesting selection of books featuring local authors, a playstation 3, wii console with selection of games, selection of DVD's, a large 50" flat screen television,Free Netflix, a portable speaker dock that fits all iPods/phones and free wifi. The laundry is fully equipped with front-load washing machine and condenser clothes dryer, iron etc. There is also a private outdoor clothesline. The House is fully self-contained and self-catering, however, we do provide basics for an easy arrival such as toilet paper, serviettes, tea & coffee, milk, cereal, some detergents and toiletries. Please note that these items are only intended as a "starter pack", once they have been used up it is up to the guest to provide their own. We highly recommend online shopping (try Coles or Woolworths) for delivery between 10am and 2pm on your day of arrival, if you let us know its been ordered we will happily put it away in the fridge for you. Within a few 100m of The Fremantle House we have 2 golf courses, the picturesque Booyeembara Park with free fitness circuit, cycle tracks, a lake teeming with nature, skate park and some very interesting curios and antique shops. There is also a gym, 3 cafes and V-Bentoya Korean restaurant, within walking distance. "The Fib" offers an interesting selection of yoga, pilates, meditation, shamanic courses and the adjoining Vegan Cafe often has live music - all within a 5 minute walk of The Fremantle House. Guest access No Sharing! - This property is set-up as a permanent guest house. The entire House (booked number of rooms, as per guest numbers)+ private garden and gated off-street parking is yours to enjoy. Other things to note Although we don't require an upfront bond, we do validate your credit card details on arrival to cover any damages incurred during your stay. A key dropbox is available for after hours check-in, we will then meet you personally the following day. Please take note that functions and parties are not permitted.
