Located just minutes from Dollywood and the Parkway, getting to attractions will be a breeze. Look out over the beautiful Great Smoky Mountains National Park from your swing or hot tub. Head on inside to play at the arcade table or shoot some pool in our loft game room. Wrap up your night with some restful sleep in the lush King Bed. Main entrance and primary living space have no stairs or steps. The only stairs are those that lead up to the loft game room, which is also where the washer and dryer are located. Office Business Hours: 10am-8pm EST - 7 days per week on booking platform Messenger only. Upon booking you will receive a message with a link to sign our rental agreement, security deposit and upload a copy of your photo ID. We will need this signed before we can accept your reservation and send you details about the cabin you have booked with us. After the rental agreement has been signed, you'll receive the address to the property, door code, etc. We look forward to hosting you! Additional Information: - Advertised discounts do not apply to some holiday weeks (USA). Please message us if you have questions prior to booking. - All guests must be 18+ (children with parents are allowed). - 6 human max. Message us before booking if you have more than 4 people. - A couple steep inclines require 4-wheel drive or chains if snow or ice is present. - Parking spaces: 2 Vehicle Max or 1 Large Truck. Not enough room for an RV, unfortunately. - We are dog friendly. 2 dogs max. $150-$180 (amount varies by booking platform) non-refundable pet fee due at booking. - We provide a 'welcome pack’ of toilet paper and paper towels but be prepared to bring your favorite supplies. - At our home you can enjoy nature at its finest. We are on a comprehensive pest control program with regular treatments by a local professional. However, our location means that you may have experiences with critters of the 4-, 6-, or 8-legged variety. - Bears are dangerous! - Fireplace is shut down between April and October. - Guests must depart the property by 10AM on their scheduled day of departure, the fee for failing to vacate is $50.00 dollars for the first half hour and $100.00 for each subsequent half hour. - We highly recommend getting travel insurance. No refunds for weather/natural disasters/power outages/acts of god/other things that are beyond our control. - For safety of all in the Smokies, absolutely no fires inside or out (other than the provided outdoor grill which is approved by the city of Gatlinburg). Our cabin provides the conveniences of modern vacationing with the seclusion you've come to enjoy from visiting the Great Smoky Mountains. You can play pool in the upstairs loft while taking in views of Mt LeConte and the Ober Gatlinburg ski slopes or soak in the hot tub on our covered deck. Pet Policy: ★ Maximum of 2 dogs allowed w/ non-refundable pet fee $150-$180 (amount varies by booking platform), due at booking. ★ Note: Sky View cabin is built on a slope & does not have a fenced, level yard area. ★ Dogs cannot be left unattended inside or outside of cabin ★ Must be house-trained ★ No cats, horses, elephants or other non-dog pets allowed. ★ For safety of all please be aware of the wildlife surroundings. ★ If cabin is damaged by your dog, which includes, but is not limited to, excessive amounts of shedding, furniture that has been chewed on, mud from their feet or unexpected surprises, including fleas, or urine/feces, you will be notified and charged for the excessive wear. ★ No dogs on furniture please. ★ We recommend bringing a few old towels with you to wipe off their feet after going outside, especially in the wet months, as Tennessee Red Clay is inevitable.
