Lovely cottage on a cozy natural plot. The house: - is suitable for 6 people. 1 master bedroom (2), 2 smaller rooms (2) (2). - has a well-functioning kitchen with a dishwasher. - has a bathroom with shower, and access to washing machine/dryer - is equipped with 2 heat pumps/air conditioning. - has a fire alarm in all rooms. No animals or smoking allowed in the house! - has a large child-friendly garden, with room for play and ball games. -The house is not handicap-friendly. The space The house is 74 m2 and is spacious and cozy. The master bedroom is the largest room and the other rooms are smaller, but still accommodate guests. The rooms are primarily for sleeping, so especially the 2 smallest rooms are generally best for children's rooms. The house is decorated with interior wood paneling, which, unlike white walls, makes the house warmer to stay in. The house is located on an overgrown plot, with nature right outside the windows. There is therefore a possibility of deer, squirrels, hares, pheasants and other small game visiting. The house is close to a bird sanctuary, so at times the garden is filled with many different small birds. At the same time, it is also expected that the garden contains all kinds of insects that can easily occupy the curious child😊 Guest access The entire home is available, with the exception of a private annex. Simple storage spaces are reserved for the owner. Other things to note The electrical installation of the home is NOT suitable for charging an electric car. The load may cause a risk of short circuit and fire. The home is not rented for filming. The house is an older family cottage, used by many generations. Don't expect a perfect new architect-designed house, but a cozy house that bears the mark of being used. A house where both children and adults can relax and enjoy their time off. The location in Gedesby is remote and quiet. Gedesby is a cottage area that only has a local baker in the summer season, as well as a pizzeria/ice cream parlor. Therefore, it should be expected that you will have to drive to Gedser or Marielyst if you are going to shop. The quiet and somewhat remote location is an advantage for us and should be considered if you want to rent the house.
