The apartment is great for stays of several nights or weeks, whether you’re working remotely, visiting with family, or want a comfortable base in Niš. It offers plenty of space, fast Wi-Fi, a kitchen, a washing machine... The apartment welcomes up to four guests: two in the bedroom and two can use the sofa bed in the living room. It is warm in winter and pleasantly cool even in summer (AC available). Cafés, restaurants, a shopping mall and the city centre are all within a 5–10 minute walk. The space The apartment is bright, comfortable, and designed for everyday living. It includes a separate bedroom with a large double bed, a living room with a sofa bed and a dining area, a balcony and enough space to work, relax, and settle in. The kitchen is fully equipped for daily cooking, and the washing machine makes longer stays easy and practical. Guest access Guests have full, private access to the entire apartment. Self check-in allows flexible arrival times. The apartment is not shared with anyone else during your stay. Other things to note Free parking is available in the courtyard, subject to availability and not reserved. Paid parking is also available on the street and in a nearby public garage. The apartment is in a quiet residential building, and quiet hours apply from 22:00 to 07:00.
