Slider doors to the balcony allow easy access to the balcony and that great ocean view. Doors are equipped with electric storm shutters that can be lowered to reduce light and sound in the unit. Oceans Mist is a beautifully maintained building in downtown boardwalk area. This small luxury building has only 12 large condo's. This means no lines for the elevator and an uncrowded pool area! Unique for downtown condos are 3 private off street parking spaces Bedroom Features: The Master bedroom suite provides a large sanctuary to get away from it all. Plenty of room for King Bedroom set, 55' wall mounted TV, Blu-ray DVD player, carpeted area with love seat that folds out to a single bed. Slider door that provides direct access to the balcony. The master bath features jetted tub for 2 and separate shower. Hair dryer is provided. Second Master has Queen bed and attached bath. This bath opens to the hallway. The 3rd bedroom has double-bed bunk, so 2 full sized mattresses with a single trundle bed underneath. This offers room for 5 to sleep. It has a large en-suite bath with over-sized shower. All beds have new comfortable mattresses, offering a great nights sleep. Ceiling fans in each room help keep you cool as you sleep. Jumbo sized Condo: If one word could characterize this condo it would be spacious. From the entrance portico, to very large great room area, to the master bedroom, the huge balcony, this unit is much larger than most condo's even built in the past 5 years. That means room for your extended family, or to split the unit with another family without the cramped tripping over others that often happens in older smaller condos. Other features include the utility room with full-sized washer and dryer. The balcony is twice the size of most OC condos in that it spans both the living room and the master bedroom. It has 5 large chairs and 2 chase lounge chairs to people and ocean watch. Several smaller serving tables for drinks. As you enter you get the feeling of being able to spread out. The cost for the full linen bundle (all beds made up except trundle, bath towel sets for 12, 2 kitchen cloths/2 kitchen towels) is $190.00. A la carte orders can also be placed.
