The home is a 4 bedroom, 3.5 bath, open living room and kitchen leading out to a beautiful private courtyard with jacuzzi, BBQ, deck and gazebo. We provide a first class stay for you and your guests. No surprises. Just excellent service. The space When you enter the property, we want you to feel like you are staying at your own private 5 star hotel. We don't want you to worry about anything. Everything is immaculate and top shelf. We have very high expectations and we aim to fulfill those every time. The home is made for entertaining, relaxing, and enjoying time with friends and loved ones. Our fully equipped kitchen, complete with high-end appliances and everything you need to cook up a delicious meal, opens onto a spacious living room that's perfect for cozy nights in. But the true highlight of our home are the 22 foot doors that completely open up to the beautiful courtyard: Complete with a BBQ, jacuzzi, gazebo, and sun chairs that are perfect for soaking up the California sun. Whether you're looking to relax and unwind after a long day of sightseeing or entertain friends and family, the Art House is the perfect place to do it. Guest access You will never have to worry about parking. There is enough space to fit two cars tandem. There is always ample street parking as well. This means you can spend less time worrying about logistics and more time enjoying all that San Diego has to offer. Other things to note *The master bedroom has clerestory windows (high windows) that we are unable to cover with blinds or curtains. The majority of the windows are covered in the master bedroom but this room faces east and the morning sun. To solve this issue, we provide sleeping masks for our guests that sleep here. * We were recently informed by the City of San Diego that we are no longer able to rent out the Casita in the back of the house on a short term basis. The reviews of the house until November 30, 2022 represent the house with the Casita. We are sorry we cannot rent this out to anymore but hope you will enjoy the main house. *The most current reviews reflect those guests that have stayed out the house with 4 bedrooms.
